A good mentor considers the following
- Start by considering the people you want to mentor. .
- Try talking one-on-one with a potential mentor first.
- Eye to Eye mentors are experienced people with learning and attention issues.
- A mentor is a positive role model.
If I fail to appreciate this great move, I wkll be a real jerk. This is commendable. Am proud to be a KUCSO member. Lets do more of it, for we shape the future together.
