 The 2019 Kochia Universities and Colleges Students Organization development committee functions are set as follows;

1. Prepare and adopt the KUCSO elements of the Economic and Community Plan (ECP).
2. Implement or arrange for the implementation of the KUCSO elements of the ECP.
3. Review the ‘community elements’ of the plan and amend as considered necessary.
4. Monitor and review implementation of the community elements and revise actions and strategies as appropriate.
5. Coordinate the management and oversee the implementation of the program that has been approved by the KUSO.
6. Ensure effectiveness, coordination, consistency in the development program.
7. Optimize resources for the benefit of KUCSO society and local communities and improve the efficiency.
8. Consider and adopt a statement in respect of the economic elements of the Plan of KUCSO
9. Prepare and submit developmental report on the proposal in relation to the performance of its functions.
